Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MkrTree website and services ("Service") operated by MkrHire. Please read them carefully.

1. Your Account

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content and Conduct

  • You Own Your Content: You retain full ownership of all the text, images, links, and other content you post on your MkrTree profile ("Content").
  • License to Us: By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Content and your conduct. You agree not to post any Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any Content or suspend any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Paid Plans: Some features are only available on paid subscription plans. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You will be billed in advance of each billing cycle.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You can terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MkrHire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
