We want you to be happy with your MkrTree subscription. This policy outlines our position on refunds.

Subscription Payments

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including for partial months or unused time on an annual plan. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are paying for access to premium features for the duration of the billing period (monthly or annually).

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page. When you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.

Exceptions

We may consider offering a refund, credit, or other consideration in specific situations, such as a billing error on our part, at our sole discretion. If you believe there has been a mistake with your billing, please contact us immediately.
